  • Three gold for Trigger in SABRE Awards - Trigger
    and one to Gambit Hill Knowlton Nordic PR Agency of the Year The peak of the night for Trigger was without a doubt being titled Nordic Agency of the year as the first Norwegian agency ever to do so In addition to this Trigger won a gold medal in the category Marketing to Women for their collaboration with IKEA on the IKEA Textillery and Best Campaign of the year for existing products for the campaign Haleheltvalget The Tale Fin election for Norwegian The campaigns were executed alongside with JCP SMFB and Mediacom and Kitchen and Vizeum We went from four to twenty four employees in less than three years and we deliver high quality results making us as good as the very best and largest international agencies Right now we re just tremendously proud and happy We proved that our thoughts on creating engaging communication is creating real values for our clients and we are so excited to further develop our own company the PR field and the industry It s inspiring working at Trigger nowadays says Preben Carlsen managing director at Trigger Challenging and changing the industry The jury s justification for crowning Trigger as Nordic PR Agency of

  • IKEA: Retailer of the Year - Trigger
    of the Year a silver medal for Integrated Campaigns and a silver in open class This is the second time the IKEA Textillery was awarded Event of the Year The Textillery is a perfect example on how to create real engagement through communication on the target group s premisses You rarely see people crying when you re finishing a communication campaign but there was actually quite a few people who shed a tear when the doors of the Textillery closed for the last time This shows that we did something right says Preben Carlsen managing director at Trigger The moving campaign for IKEA Åsane also won several awards The campaign won the gold medal in the open class as well as for Launch of the Year SMFB developed the concept and Trigger assisted IKEA with Public Relations IKEA Norway was this year s all around winner and left the place with the new title Retailer of the Year This is so well deserved and just so much fun We are extremely happy that we got to contribute says Preben Trigger would like to congratulate IKEA SMFB JCP and Mediacom and express thanks for an amazing collaboration Trigger AS Fredensborgveien 24

    sharing our experiences with our clients our partners colleagues of the industry and students says Preben Carlsen managing director at Trigger A Tight schedule The day had a very tight schedule Eleven chosen cases was presented including the burning hot Jordan campaign the award winning IKEA Textillery The Soup Nazi for Stabburet and Haleheltutvalget The tail fin election for Norwegian In addition to the case presentations we also held seminars covering engaging communication creative concept development contet marketing and PR trends You can watch all of the presentations on Slideshare A yearly tradition Last year 120 people dropped by the showcase event This year as many as 250 people came many whom stayed all day long This was more than I ever expected It means so much to us that all these people are prioritizing hearing Triggers vision on the world and that so many are here to be inspired by our work We had a great day and night and I would love to thank everyone who stopped by and contributed to create a positive and good vibe that lasted all day says Preben The showcase event is an important day for us and we hope it will be

  • Moderator of the Norwegian Communication Association - Trigger
    convention held at Thon Hotel Opera One should always be nervous for a task like this The expectations to the convention are very high amongst the delegates and things should be done properly says Johannes The Communication Association however had done a good job with all the documents and preparations beforehand so the moderators weren t put on the greatest trials Johannes still thinks that the toughest challenge is to make sure the atmosphere is good Everyone is supposed to feel that the meeting is adjusted to their needs and requirements All the formal aspects needs to be correct but no one should feel that is rigid either It is the moderators task to make sure everyone is experiencing the meeting as meaningful especially since the delegates are all coming from such different conditions One of the main things that was adopted was who should be the head of the organization for the next two years Astrid Bugge Mjærum resigned and the new leader is now Nils Petter Strømmen Strømmen has been head of the organization in Oslo and Akershus for several years and is now stepping up and into the central committee Trigger AS Fredensborgveien 24 A 0177 Oslo
